UPDATE:
Saw my surgeon Friday morning and I am happy to report I do not have any leaks and no blockages!!  The CT did show a small internal umblical hernia and my surgeon thinks that part of my intestines slid up through the hole causing the nausea, vomiting and severe abdominal pain and then it slid back through the opening, relieving my symptoms.  He said if it happens again, I am to go straight to the ER at which point he will need to go in and fix the hernia.  He said it is very common for someone who has lost a significant amount of weight to have a hernia.  It can be fixed on an outpatient basis in about 30 minutes.

Thanks everyone for the thoughts, prayers, swinging critters and well wishes!!

Glad to hear you got a clean bill of health for your pouch.

Your doc does hernia repairs in 30 minutes OUTPATIENT? Wow.  Next thing you know, you'll be able to go to Starbucks for a latte and a hernia repair, probably waiting in your car in the drive through line.

Last year my husband had an inguinal hernia repair and he was in surgery for 2 hours!!
