Hi Roz,
I told Little Willie to be ready for a swinging for you.  Hope you have a very speedy recovery.  I'll be praying for you.

B:  Protein Decaf Coffee
S:  Decaf Coffee
S:  Fuzzy Navel Protein Drink
L:  2.5 ozs pork tenderloin, corn/asparagus salad
S:  Lemon Tea Protein Drink
D:  Baked Paramasean Crusted Talapia, green beans
S:  Carb Smart Ice Cream

Vitamins:  Morning Done
Water:  60 ozs so far
Miles:  Meeting DH after work to walk

I got some of the Talapia at Sams Club.  I was looking for Pecan crusted but figured I must have had it wrong.  I can't wait to try it.

Menu looks really good!!

He was a little dizzy this morning, but he has all day to rest.

Hi Roz!  Good luck with your surgery tomorrow.  I stayed overnight with mine - but that was in 1992... there was a tornado warning and I was still out of it, kinda in and out... and they rolled my bed out into the hallway.  I DO remember that! 

B - 3 scoop protein coffee
S - a breakfast wrap in a wheat tortilla
L - a BIG piece of pizza
S - baked pepperoni pieces (actually I burned them, but still edible)
D - leftovers - steak, chicken - IDK

Vits:  yep
Water:  doing good

HW-218/SW-208/CW-126/ Lowest Weight-121/Goal-125 - hit 8/23/09/Height-5'3"

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months. 
90+/- pounds lost      
BMI - 24 or so
Starting BMI between 35 and 40ish?

I'm hoping I don't have any problems and I get to come home.  During your last surgeries did you have any concerns because of the amount of weight you have lost?  I'm worried about them giving me something to make me shakey or dump. They told me to bring a Protein drink for after surgery since I couldn't drink gingerale.

Things have been so busy for me that I haven't posted my menus in a while.  Today I had:

B:  Isopure Dutch Chocolate and Syntrax Vanilla mixed with SFStarbucks frap
S:  Coffee
L:  1/2 Apple pecan chicken salad from Wendys 
S:  Nectar Lemon Tea mixed with more tea
S:  Greek Yogurt  mixed w/ SF Instant pudding 
D:  Roast beef

The other Linda had 1/2 of an Apple Pecan salad from Wendy's yesterday.  I'm going to have to try one.  Do you use dressing on it?

The other Linda is the one who got me on to these.  Yes, I use 1 packet of the pomegrante vinegarette that comes with it.  It has 60 cal and 8 carbs. They always give me 2 packets and I save one for a salad at home.  It is very good.

I will be swinging away tomorrow, Roz. If you are not ready to go home, don't let them release you. Will you have a good advocate with you? It really helped that my friend took control so I could just rest after my RNY.

B- protein drink w fresh strawberries (40 g)
S- protein bar (10 g)
L- tuna salad w 1/2 baked potato (10 g)
S- greek yogurt w SF preserves (18 g)
D- shrimp w veggies (12 g)
S- fudgsicle or SF pudding (3 g)
