Writing everything down has helped me so much!!! I would really like to see some more posters. Seeing what is working for others helps the rest of us put some variety into our meals. It's very important until you reach Goal to figure out your Calories, Fats, Carbs, and Proteins so that you know what your body needs to lose and then to maintain!!!!

Have you ever tried tuna with scrambled eggs? It's my DD's favorite meal. We used to add lots of butter and noodles but when I just have it myself I leave those out. When DH would go away this is what the always wanted me to make because he didn't like tuna.

D: Mandarin chick'n and broccoli with soy sauce (had to change last nights menu to taco night, meaning leftover taco meat with cheese melted on top with a couple soy crisps to scoop up the proteiny goodness) 22g protein
S: 1/2 matrix mint cookie shake with a small amount of milk and pudding mix: 13 g protein
Had a late start this morning so I didn't make it to the gym. DH has agreed to pick up the monster, err, our DS so I can go to the gym after work (hence the heavier protein afternoon snack and jello being moved to am)
