Over the hump day!!!   I'm not sure what time my surgery is tomorrow, but Gina's going to do M&M if I'm not able to get on.  I'm a little nervous about coming home the same day.  I don't do so good on pain meds but being at home in my own bed might be better.  When I had my RNY my hospital room was like a revolving door of people checking or poking at me and you are trying so hard to stay
awake.

Writing everything down has helped me so much!!! I would really like to see some more posters.  Seeing what is working for others helps the rest of us put some variety into our meals.
  It's very important until you reach Goal to figure out your Calories, Fats, Carbs, and Proteins so that you know what your body needs to lose and then to maintain!!!!

B- protein coffee 20g ( yes Im bringing them back in)
b-cottage cheese 1% (not sure the protein
L Chobani yogurt 14g
D- Tuna something ( not sure how I will handle it but am going to try)
s-edamame ( they are microwave bags, heat and serve)

Have you ever tried tuna with scrambled eggs?  It's my DD's favorite meal.  We used to add lots of butter and noodles but when I just have it myself I leave those out.  When DH would go away this is what the always wanted me to make because he didn't like tuna.

B: 1/2 premier protein peanut butter chocolate bar 15g protein
S: Jello salad, with benefiber 9 g protein
L: mini spinach souffles, 1/2 stick colby/jack cheese: 22gm protein
S: 1/2 stick colby/jack cheese, matrix perfect chocolate shake with SF hazelnut syrup: 26g protein
D: Mandarin chick'n and broccoli with soy sauce (had to change last nights menu to taco night, meaning leftover taco meat with cheese melted on top with a couple soy crisps to scoop up the proteiny goodness) 22g protein
S: 1/2 matrix mint cookie shake with a small amount of milk and pudding mix: 13 g protein

Had a late start this morning so I didn't make it to the gym. DH has agreed to pick up the monster, err, our DS so I can go to the gym after work (hence the heavier protein afternoon snack and jello being moved to am)

totals: calories-1001, fat-32, carbs (total)-65, protein-110

 7/18/10: 211lbs, 10/16/10: 174 lbs, 1/21/11: 146 lbs, 4/20/11: 131 lbs. Insulin FREE since 7/2010, "normal" BMI since 12/2010. I'm 31, 5'5", happily married, with a fabulous 3 year old boy, and hope to add to our family in the near future
