I love them but they can be hard to digest. I'd take it really slow the first time you try them, Roz.

Hmmm - Tom cooked them so I didn't see the instructions. There was no pod with ours...

You may want to take it easy at first... try a few then wait to see how they affect you.

Mine came in a steam bag I just microwaved them and ate the peas out of the middle with sea salt.

If you get sick on the others I would start slowly, 1 at a time and see how it goes.

Love these. Even my children love Edamame. They were hesitant to try them the first time, but love them now. We buy bags that are already out of the pods in the frozen section at Wal Mart. They are addicting. I just moved to soft foods this week and had some with dinner last night. This will be one of the things that I will be looking for on my trip to Florida tomorrow. If you haven't tried them, I would highly recommend you do so.

I discovered Edamame shortly after my surgery. I buy the frozen bags at Walmart. I add a little salt and bake them. Crunchy... almost like a nutty snack. Cindy
