My new FAVORITE snack food!
You all were right when you said it can be addicting, I love them!
A great to get my boredom munchies out of the way but get my protein too...

Thank you

I cooked mine up the other day - put some sea salt in them and mix - yummy!

1/2 cup (on the bag I got) was 100 calories.  I could easily eat more than that - but it does fill me up and satisfies me.

Its on my "forever" list too!

Tell me about them.  I've seen them in bags near the nuts and they look roasted.  Is this what you get or do you buy them fresh?  How do you cook them?

They're a soybean. If you get them at a Chinese restaurant they're still in their pods and look kinda like pea pods (only bigger).  The ones I bought were already "depodded"... came in a bag you can either boil on the stove or microwave.  It would be great if I could find an individual serving size for work...

At the restaurant you push them out of the pod and don't eat it.... they're salted on the outside so you get some salt when you eat them.

Ok, I finally looked them out.   Soybean pods....why don't they just call them that....LOL

I get sick on soy bean chips and snacks how do you think I'd react to these?

It says to cut the end of the pod and then boil in sal****er.  Is that how you fix them?
