Very busy day yesterday. I did well in the miles portion of my day!
Today I will be making 50 dozen baked spinach pies..at least..
Here is what I ate yesterday.

(Roz, Chobani is Greek Yogurt with twice the calcium and Protein of regular yogurt, it's quite yummy)

Instant Coffee, 8 fl oz
CVS Calcium Citrate +D, 2 serving
CVS Daily Multiple for Woman Multivitamin w/ iron, calcium, zinc & folic acid (1 svg-1 pill),
trans ocean crab classic flake style, 0.5 cup 8
Lunch:    
Haddock (fish), 0.5 fillet
trans ocean crab classic flake style,

Dinner:    
 
Haddock (fish), 0.5 fillet
 Snack:    

Carb Isopure - Creamy Vanilla, Perfect Zero, 1 serving
Zaatar Mankouche (1 pita), 0.4 serving

I'll have to check that yogurt out.  I don't think I've ever seen it anywhere.

50 dozen spinach pies????  Are you kidding or serious??? What in the world are you doing with all of those?

During Lent my church bakes two days in order to raise money to help support two mission churches in underpriveledged countries.  We made over 1200 today and hopefully we will do the same next Thursday.

I bought a protein drink with me but I ended up eating some of the food...so my carbs are going to be high for today..
In defense, I was standing up and moving, and cooking, and cleaning, for over 9 hours, so I hope I totally burned offf all that I ate..
Total:
1 zaatar manakeshe.. (sp) Its dough which is covered with thyme,oragano and sumac mixture in olive oil and bakes.
and 2 spinach pies over the course of the day..
1 salad
1 protein shake

I'll add the totals but I feel like I overate.. funnily ...it used to be that I would eat 6 of them and not feel like I over ate..I so love my RNY!!

and hate dumpin g!!

Do that many people like spinach pies?  It is funny when I think of how much I used to eat compared to now.  I can't imagine being able to eat enough to gain my weight back.

To answer your question about the Spinach pies YES! and I think you owuld love them too....we make them with fresh spinach, onions,sumac,fresh squeezed lemon juice, soya oil, salt,pepper and freshly made dough..*at home I use whole wheat flour at the church we use regular.. The dough is cut and made into little balls which we strech to fit around a heaping tablespoon and 1/2 of the spinach mixture. Baked them and brush the tops with the juice from the spinach and oil.  We sold out all that we had 1 hour after our baking.  We took orders for next Thursday's baking and I was emailed that we need to bake at least another 70 dozens to fill the orders we got.

I'm still eating a lot,  I notice that you do not eat asmuch as I do, so I'm afraid.. I've always been heavy and I'm still heavy right now.. I've lost the same 50 pound over a million times that it's kind of in my head that I 'm going to fail even at this.
This is why I'm here on the boards..I'm hopeful that I will succeed and keep the weight off, but in my head, it hasn't gotten there yet.  I still need to lose about 35 pounds to get to wear the doctor wants me to be at, but I'm still in the 170's and at 4 11, that's still pretty heavy.  Not like I was before, but still not exactly where I'd like to be.  It's very hard for me because most of my life revolves around food.  Cooking for, eating with for family and friends.  I appreciate you and the others so much for the encouragement..

ie. My husband told me yesterday to save some of my suits because I might gain the weight back when I said, I could probably start giving away my 2X clothing..

Thos pies do sound wonderful!!  I just recently tried spinach salad and it was so good.

I truly believe that M&M keeps me accountable!  Sometimes I feel really bad because life at home keeps me from answering some of the posts but I need to keep doing this for me.  I love carbs and sugar too and it is a constant battle.  Fortunately for me I still get shakey when I eat more than a couple of bites of sweets so that keeps me from over doing it.  I've worked really hard to eat small portions and I rely on my Protein drinks to get my protein in.  I think that's why I still have a lot of restriction.

I still use a small kids plate at home too (it has bunnies on it...LOL) 

Don't listen to your DH, get rid of the 2X's.  I think it will make you even more determined to not go back.

I am getting rid of them.. I don't even want to any size bigger than a XL at this time..

I dumped today just for tasting the dough from a meat pie that I'm making for DH.. I mean one half an hour of my life GONE because I just tasted something..

I've been very lucky in that I haven't dumped too often but I do try to be careful ..I just like to eat too too much..and I am so afraid that I will fail at this ..
