Writing everything down has helped me so much!!! I would really like to see some more posters. Seeing what is working for others helps the rest of us put some variety into our meals. It's very important until you reach Goal to figure out your Calories, Fats, Carbs, and Proteins so that you know what your body needs to lose and then to maintain!!!!

B: 1/2 Premier Nutrition Bar, 1/2 Syntrax Matrix Perfect Chocolate Shake with Hazelnut SF Syrup: 27g protein
S: 1/2 PermaLean Bar, 1/2 Syntrax Matrix Perfect Chocolate Shake with Hazelnut SF Syrup:23g protein
L: Ranch Dry Mix/Parmesan Crusted Chicken Strips, lettuce (1 leaf, romaine), green pepper (about 1/2 oz), 1 TB ranch dressing, 1/2 flat out, light sprinkle shredded LF cheese: 35.2g protein
S: Jell-o Salad (cottage cheese, cool whip, berries, jello mix, coconut, almond) 9g protein
D: Rotesserie Chicken with green beans: 26.5g protein
S: SF gelatin: 1g protein
How does this look to you guys? I'm still experimenting with calories etc and would love advice. nearly 8 months out.
Totals: Calories: 1087, Fat: 35g, Carbs: 66.2g, Protein: 124g
Planning to drop the 1/2 protein bar with breakfast in the future and just do the whole shake then (with workout) and stick to 1/2 bar at am snack, but today is already done

Love your protein numbers! Looks like you plan a well balanced day and the carbs are good carbs not sugar or starch. I say, rock on!
