You know, I tried to find the post, but I couldn't. I think Rosa just challenged us to set a goal for spring, and 180 lbs was my goal since I felt it was something I could reasonably do in that amount of time. But I've set mini-goals for myself along the way, like reaching 190 lbs, then 185, then 30 lbs lost, then 180 lbs, next goal is 175 and the one after that is the halfway mark at 173.5 (I think, would have ot look at my ticker), then I will go from there.
