MENUS AND MILES TUES. MARCH 15th
Hi, Roz,. I am glad that you are having this taken care of so you won't be in pain. This has been going on for too long. Is there anything that others can be doing now to prevent this problem with the gall bladder or is it just one of those risks we have to monitor?
I have a short day in the office because I have to rush home to wait for the cable guy. RCN is driving me crazy - this is a second service visit for the same problem, in addition to multiple attempts at "powering it off" and "sending signals" while I wait on the phone. May this be the last for a while!

I've been reading on line and I guess there is a preventive medicine you should be taking but my Surgeon never mentioned it to me.
Hope you get your cable problem fixed. I'd be lost without mine.

Warming up the labradoodles and the geckos to swing for you on Thursday. Want to be sure to get LOADS of healing energy up to Butler for you for your gallbladder surgery recovery.

S - 2 T ff refried beans, 1 T skim mozzarella (5.5g)
L - cottage cheese and pepper (11 g)
S - Jay Robb Dreamsicle protein shake (32g) THANK YOU ABBEY and BBMAKER!!
D - one of my new recipes, not sure which one.....
S - sf popsicles
MILES: working in the garden, pulling weeds and planting onion sets today. The broccoli, cauli, cabbage, and brussel sprouts are planted. Might take the dogs for a walk too.

The Surgeon said the same thing. He said you never know when an attack is going to hit and they will become more frequent.
I haven't tried any of Wendy's salads yet but I hear they are really good.
