The bossman is still being insufferable lol. Well , I'm pushing the envelope a LOT ... and realizing at the same time that I truly NEED and DESERVE change ,organization, better pay , far better working conditions and future prospects .....
At the same time , I realize what he does give me ... which is a nearly 2000 a month rent free beautiful space , a driver , parker and housekeeper when I need it ... some respectability and contacts ... and my city garden .
So though I could probably do better , I do have a pretty good situation right now as well . I have to push the envelope with tact and the carrot as opposed to the stick ... show him what HE can gain by more organization and finalizing the arrangement and maybe I'll finally get what I want and need .
This week I have the final inspection on my property down in Jersey ( on St Patricks day ? ) yikes.
What I've decided to do is put my focus into renumerative work and organization and see where that gets me ...and ignore cooking for him and his backyard pretty much . Its actually pretty hard NOT to find excuses to cook I find lol !
But I am very turned off by his disrespectful angry speech regarding me recently now that I HAVENT been cooking .... and I realize how little he respects me or appreciates the many hours of effort that goes into what I make every day . So he can do without it for a bit longer ...

no no thank God lol ... hes the owner of the townhouse whose parlor floor houses my design business and whose backyard is my city garden . I also rent a one -bedroom apartment across the street where I actually sleep .
Even though superficially its a good situation it could be a lot better .. lets put it that way . I think I accepted a lot because I was fat and my self esteem was low .... that I see as a mistake and unacceptable now .
The question is how to change it ... and whether it CAN be changed without totally blowing up the spot so to speak ...
