The Snow looks so pretty on the trees but I'm So Tired of It!!!!!    Please send some warm weather my way!!!!!  Doing some grocery shopping today because my cupboards are bare and there's still Girl Scout Cookies in the house.

Writing everything down has helped me so much!!! I would really like to see some more posters.  Seeing what is working for others helps the rest of us put some variety into our meals.
  It's very important until you reach Goal to figure out your Calories, Fats, Carbs, and Proteins so that you know what your body needs to lose and then to maintain!!!!

They told us 50 degrees, but I don't believe them.  Do you live near National Harbor, MD..Gaylord National Resort?  There's a big comp there this weekend.  I'm going to try and get my DD's to put it on the schedule for next year.

I could never stop at a few bites of Chili.   I think I love it as much as sweets....LOL

I stayed at the Marriott there at National Harbor MD in 2009 when I was working there for 3 weeks.  Very nice small walking community on the water.  The hotel was right across the street from the Gaylord Resort - very impressive place!

HW-218/SW-208/CW-126/ Lowest Weight-121/Goal-125 - hit 8/23/09/Height-5'3"

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months. 
90+/- pounds lost      
BMI - 24 or so

Snow - blek!  Its snowing now and we still have a LOT on the ground.  We're all tired of it too - when the warm weather gets pushed to you, share some, k?

We are supposed to get a warm up this week up to the 50's! I am so ready. I have an active day - a session with the trainer and my first bellydance class. Fun!
