Menus and Miles Sunday March 13th
I enjoy my fruit too. If I'm having a "good" carb day then I just add another Protein drink to balance it out. This isn't a diet.....it's a new way of eating and living. Even the new WW program has made fruit unlimited, but I think once a day is enough.

I hope you didn't misunderstand me!!! I was trying say enjoy your fruit because this isn't a diet its our new way of living. We can't cut everything we enjoy out of our menus. I think WW's new plan with fruit being unlimited is a little to much though. That's a lot of carbs but it's also a lot of extra sugar.

I didn't misunderstand you at all! I agree, this is why I ate some of the spinach pies yesterday that we made. There is no way I could never eat something for ever..however, I do have to watch what I eat or else, I'll be in the same boat I was a year ago. Carbs and sugars are my trigger foods so I have to be extra careful.. Thank you so much for caring!
