sorry, Price, I didn't see your post til after I responded to Stacy. Edamame are addictive to me, so I have to limit how much I can buy, and I get the in-the-pod kind to slow me down when I eat.

I also grind them up and put them in mealoaf so I get more fiber. DH has never noticed. But then I also put zucchini in meatloaf, and he probably thinks the bits of green are zucchini.

DH and I took the hellhounds for a walk at the local park for 30 minutes. It's in the low 60s here and very sunny!!

I just checked out the CarbSmart at the Jewel (aka Albertson's).  I don't know if I can stick with a 1/2 cup serving so I decided to go with the fudgsicles.  Maybe someday!

Our local grocery stores carry it. It's made by Breyers. I go in phases where I like the ice cream and then I'll switch to the pops.

Hi,
Yesterday was okay food wise for me.. I had an urge for fruit in the evening and had 1/2 a pear and some grapes..yumm..but I think maybe I can try not to want them so much.. I'm trying to keep my carbs unde 50 for the day..but so many things have carbs in them..yogurt..
