Writing everything down has helped me so much!!! I would really like to see some more posters.  Seeing what is working for others helps the rest of us put some variety into our meals.
  It's very important until you reach Goal to figure out your Calories, Fats, Carbs, and Proteins so that you know what your body needs to lose and then to maintain!!!!

Hi guys,

MENU: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (50g)
S - Fage yogurt w/blueberries and protein coffee (25g)
S - ham & cheese
L - protein shake (30g)
S - peanuts
D - out to eat--Cosmo, small bowl of seafood gumbo, BBQ salmon w/baby asparagus, a couple of small bites of spinach mashed potatoes and a 1/2 slice of raspberry cheese cake (plenty of leftovers for tomorrow)

VITAMINS:
morning batch: done
calcium batches: done
omega 3-6-9: done
iron: done
evening batch: starting
bedtime batch: pending

MILES:
2 - 15 minute walks (5,925 steps)

one small half garlic artisanal bread loaf ( fatfree ) ... with 4slices fatfree " swiss "melted one can white tuna and ff mayo and scallion

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months. 
90+/- pounds lost      
BMI - 24 or so

I can't wait until it gets warm enough to cook on the grill.  We live in one of the highest house in our area and it is so windy the grill wouldn't even stay lite right now.

Hi, Roz. Flying home in a few minutes from Seattle, where everyone is paying attention to the currents from the tsunami. What a tragedy.

Great tri,p but I can hardly wait to see my kitties and sleep in my own bed! No travel next week - woo hoo!

Did slip and eat some crackers with peanut butter so carbs are a little higher than normal
