I was just with a close friend in Seattle, who literally dragged me to Nordstorms for a bra fitting. I was wearing a 42B with two extenders. The sales clerk declared that I was a 38D. We compromised with a 42C. Boy, I can see the difference. Gotta a love a friend who loves you enough to take you for a bra fitting!

Early out, when I was dropping sizes very fast, one of the teams I work with would literally kick me out every so often to go find clothes that FIT, because I seriously didn't always notice.
It really did help! (but they never got involved with my bras - only DD did that!)
