Fitness Fun - March 11th
Errands this morning, then to Curves. Also did my new weight routine. Looking forward to the weekend.

Miles today 3.12 on the treadmill doing intervals. Well actually the intervals covered around 2 miles and I ran-walked the rest to get to a 5 K distance. I was drenched in sweat, my hair looked like I was caught in a down pour. I whimped out running outside. It was 32 degrees at 5:00 a.m., but still I could have waited till later, it's 52 degrees now. The treadmill run seemed like such a cop out, but it was tough all the same. Todays run was 14 of 28 on my c25k program. So I'm half way there. OMG, I looked ahead, my next training run is 2.5 miles. Oh boy, this keeps on getting harder and harder.
got bloodwork done for 6 month dr. appointment. also got a drug screen for my new job. I never had one before so that was a hoot. I'll be spending the weekend rehearsing for the training I will give on Wednesday. It will be my first presentation at the new job so I'm a bit nervous. I worked out twice yesterday so I'm giving myself a rest today and will take kickboxing again tomorrow.
