I'm sorry, but I've forgotten what surgery you had.
I would much rather see you eat a whole piece of fish rather than 1/2 piece plus vegetables. You are right about your carb total being high. It should only be about 1/2 of your Protein total. If you would add a Protein drink then that should put your totals in a better range too.
The main reason I started drinking my Protein is because I struggled to get enough in. With the RNY I didn't absorb all the protein I was eating so I needed to eat a lot more of it so I was sure to absorb enough.
I hated keeping track of how much protein I was getting in through food. It made me feel like I was on WW again and keeping track of points. If I drink my Protein then I can eat my fruits and vegetables at meals and I don't have to worry about totals.

I'm trying to eat more Protein and lower the amount of carbs, but I do love my salads.
I eat them with no dressing but I'm noticing that the totals are very high. Also, since I'm able to take pills now, as soon as my chewables are done, I'm going to a pill form..no more extra calories/carbs!

Thank goodness no snow here. It is cold again though. We had a few beautiful weekends and now it is cold again. It stormed here yesterday.

frustration eating today
despite that not so bad . Not cooking for anybody since in well-deserved punishment mode ...
that means I get punished too .
B - 2 protein teas and Swedish fat free Turkey meatballs
L- popcorn , fresh garlic bread , fatfree white tuna slalad with melted fat ffree swiss cheese
D - barley soup
you'd think I'd be skinny on this diet lol .. but after I ate beans yesterday I gained so much water weight .... grrrr
The GOOD news is I seem to have lost my " popcorn tooth " and in-front-of -the-tv -automatic-snacking habit C what a little discipline will do ya !

We went to a restaurant last night and their special for the day was Swedish meatballs over noodles. It made me think of you, but I know they weren't fat free so I definitely didn't order them.
