Writing everything down has helped me so much!!! I would really like to see some more posters. Seeing what is working for others helps the rest of us put some variety into our meals. It's very important until you reach Goal to figure out your Calories, Fats, Carbs, and Proteins so that you know what your body needs to lose and then to maintain!!!!

I got plenty of water today and walked at leat 6 miles.
I edited because I only had 1 fillet of haddock..split into two meals.
I got 90 grams of Protein yesterday. I was worried also about the last couple of days..but I'm trying to be more on board.
Also, I'm nervous about all the carbs..I mean they are good carbs but still.. I would like to be under 50 grams a day for the time being.
It is Lent and I have given up meat..usually the Orthodox Christians give up dairy, fish and oil also, but right now I don't think I can give up everything...next year hopefully.
So I'll be eating a lot more vegetables and I wam going to go back to at least one Protein drink a day..but I do like those Yoplait Greek Yogurts, Chobani, and the ones from Whole Foods.. I'm finding that I am using those as snacks and they are filling.
I also am being much more concientious of the no drinking 1/2 hour before eating and 1 hour after eating..although THAT is my biggest downfall these days.
I am stopping eating when I first start feeling full and that in and of itself is so cool!
I am worried though because I am happy right now with my weight..I would like to lose more..but I'm in my 14P and it has been so LONG since I've been there..that I'm enjoying every moment of it. Of course, it would be so awesome to be in 12P for Easter!!!
