Fitness Fun - March 10th

We made it through the week...tomorrow is FRIDAY!!! Whoo hoo!! 
Today I will be at the YMCA...beating out the stress...gotta LOVE that cardio :)

Did my floor exercises this morning.  Curves this afternoon, then one of the trainers there is going to do some work with me with weights.  Kicking it up a notch, babeeee.

Great weights class this morning. I've been upping the weights a bit. Getting stronger!

Been out most of the day running errands.

I did 35 minutes on the elliptical and upper body free weights today.  
 HW:  258  SW:  237 CW:  152

 I actually took a belly dancing class this morning, beaded, sparkly hip wrap and all.  I had a blast (though I'm definitely going to have to improve my coordination!) and best of all, I wasn't the biggest woman in the class.  How cool is that?
Since the scale is still stalled I figured I'd up my exercise and take a Drums Alive class tonight.  Went with a friend and then found out the class was cancelled because the instructor was injured.
So, did I go home?  No.  Did I stuff my face?  No.  I went into the gym room and did 15 minutes on the elliptical and a few weight machines for my arms.  yeah for me.

Pilates class for me tonight!

I think that tomorrow morning I'm venturing out in the cold to join the elder Chinese community for Tai Chi/Qi Gong Shibashi.  I used to do it regularly until I fractured my ankle, then had major ankle surgery.  I bet it's going to be easier at 159 than it was at 249!   I saw my old Tai Chi teacher the other day and I had to tell her who I am.  She didn't recognize me at all.  

Wish me luck, the first few days back to the class, outdoors in the cold morning and all that stretching for over an hour is killer!
