Make yourself a nice yogurt sundae to celebrate. I can't remember if I had cake on my first birthday after surgery or not. I always have strawberries and angel food cake so it's a possible that I did have a really small piece.
COUGAR blood...that's so funny. I know a few cougars who have started gaining their weight back....to much partying I guess.
