papaya enzymes
Is it for gas or just when you get something stuck or something is sitting really heavy?
I know I need to get to the health food store to get some probiotics but wondered if this would help with gas.

I think what they do is help break down meat in the tummy so rather than having the meat rotting in the gut for days U get maximum protein absorption and no constipation.
Spanish / Dominican /tropical culture ladies often swear by giant red papaya's ( the fruit ) skin smoothing and skin protecting qualities ..and they sure don't have any wrinkles to speak of ! ( U EAT it regularly not apply it lol and the redder the better ) .

I used them when I was first out with all my feedings. First out I could just feel my tum doing its deal, and it did not hurt, but it was definitely an obvious churnyness that I was not digging if I did not *have* to have it.
I know some folks who use it for nausea and its very helpful, or when their squids have tummy aches.
Not sure about if it would be helpful with gas, and cannot speak to stuck stuff, but papaya is good stuff for lots of things!
I liked the ORIGINAL, they taste papaya-y, but the long acting or super or whatever, those were minty chalky and maaloxy tasting to me, so just know there is a difference!

I used it when something felt stuck or I felt nauseous. Early out though, haven't used it in ages since. Not for gas - I don't think it will do anything for that.
