can't wait to see the new do and color!!! i've 'bout decided to do a bit of color at my next haircut! i wear my hair short and i have lots and lots of gray....well...after all....i am 52! anyway.....thinking 'bout some color now that i've got so much new hair coming in!!

I've got you beat. At 55 I have tons of gray, and I don't look good gray at all. (always was jealous of those few who look fab with gray hair.) Color is fun. At first I just did my natural brown but now I experiment with red and blond highlights all the time. I don't know if they really make me look younger but I know they make me feel younger.
Isn't that fun? I've had that happen quite a few times - and I LOVE the looks on peoples' faces when they realize/find out who I am.
I just got my hair cut, which is a style like I used to wear it, so that's no big thing - BUT - I'm growing the color out now - so I'm going gray gently. Actually it doesn't look that bad and I've had a few people it looks good. So I guess we wait and see the final result.
