Half way to the weekend...YEAH!!  I went for my gall bladder sonar this morning.  I was a little tender yesterday after taking a few bites of an apple but that's the first time in about a week that's it hurt.

Writing everything down has helped me so much!!! I would really like to see some more posters.  Seeing what is working for others helps the rest of us put some variety into our meals.
  It's very important until you reach Goal to figure out your Calories, Fats, Carbs, and Proteins so that you know what your body needs to lose and then to maintain!!!!

Hi guys,
Going to see my dietitian at 2PM today. She's going to go over my labs and vitamin schedule. Actually, I want her to do a really good job writing the script for my next labs.


MENU: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (50g)
S - Fage yogurt w/blueberries and protein coffee (25g)
S - ham
L - protein shake (30g)
S - peanuts
D - 2 bunless beef hotdogs w/chili and cole slaw
S - CarbSmart ice cream

calcium batches: skipping for dexa scan tomorrow
omega 3-6-9: done

It went really well with the dietitian today. I think it's advised to get a dexa scan every other year after we turn 50 if you're getting normal scans. Since I have osteoporosis, I get them every year.

I've got to see if our Sams Club has the Tilapia you eat.  It sounds so good.  Did you make a huge pot roast or did you freeze it?

I did make a lot of pot roast and only have about 2 servings left.  It has been really good.  DH has been helping me eat this. 

I like the tilapia, but it does have more sodium in it than if you cooked it fresh.  I've found that I need to watch how much of the frozen and canned things I eat due to the sodium.

I'm bad...I never look at the Sodium.  If I have to make it myself it will never get done.

Another crazy day here but the guys are leaving in the morning for a long weekend at the beach to play golf.  Yeah.  I will have the house to myself and get to exercise, eat, whatever and whenever I want.
