 Try not to feel foolish.  Everybody in the class had to start somewhere!  I just took a yogalates (yoga and pilates) class today for the first time.  I was the only newbie there.  Next time, I won't so green.

I tried palaties a few years ago at 200#.  Now that was funny. 

I'm sure you will not be the only newbee.  I would love to do yoga and do what I can with the Wii.  It is great for you.

I hope you enjoyed it!

I love yoga and I do it as well as I can, even at my weight. It is so calming and really makes you feel like you worked your body.
