Glad you are home safe and sound.  You know what to do, you did it before.  Don't beat yourself up, just move on.  You can make this work, forever, this time.

 I *do* know what to do! And I'm more motivated than ever to make it work...lucky as I am to have this second chance, I don't think I'd be allowed another opportunity beyond this one. 

Congrats on YOUR weight loss. You're so, so close to goal...!
