Where do you track your food on line?

I've been using Sparkp**ple.  But the food quanities are so large.  I'm a VSG in the mushies and for dinner I had 1 strawberry and 1/8 or less of an avacado.  It's hard to find calories for such little portions.  Plus it seems super slow.  Could be my computer.  Anyone have a page that they love?

Myfitnesspal works well for me.

I use Sparkpeople and use their serving size calculator to obtain a value for low quantities. You can weigh one strawberry and enter the grams or ounces. I have often just weighed one or two strawberries. For avocado, you can measure by teaspoon/tablespoon and use the serving calculator to convert to how much of a cup it would be. I haven't had any problems. Just weigh your food and use the serving size calculator. I don't think it is super slow.

When I was early out, I wasn't eating enough to use the Sparkpeople website. I kept track of everything with pen and paper.

I've used myfooddiary.com for more than a year.  I have absolutely no trouble using the site for small portions, manual entries, and even my recipes.  Only thing is that it's expensive. $10 a month. I've heard fitday is good, and I looked at the livestrong.com YOURPLATE app, but it was kinda klunky.

BTW, I was sleeved on 15 Feb, so you're only a few days further out than me!   How are you doing?   I take it your on mushies, or maybe soft food already?

Hey sleeve sister only 5 days apart.  I'm doing good.  Yes, on mushies, I had some nausea yesterday and the day before.   Not sure why but it seems to be gone today.  Weight loss is slow for me but that is nothing new.  I'm walking briskly,,but that is it, for exercise.  I seem to need more sleep than before.  I'm guessing that is temporary.
How about you?   How are things going?

Knock on wood, no nausea yet.  I still can only eat about 2-3 tablespoons at a time. I need more sleep too, and I am really weak in the morning just after I rise.  I need protein before my snapses will fire, definitely  lots of brain fog if I get under 40 g of protein daily.  Still no sign of hunger, thank God.

I have hit my first stall, today is my fourth day, but I had already lost 25 lbs before the stall, 11 the week before surgery, and 14 since.

I have been amazingly lucky in my recovery. I work in the yard nearly every day, and started walking a few days ago.  The last two days I've taken it easy.  I overdid it at a seminar and got over-tired. My body was sending VERY clear signals that I needed to rest.  Today I felt much better!

I use myfitnesspal.com, too. I just give it my best guess if they don't have the exact portions. I have also used fitday.com.
I do find myfitnesspal.com a little slow.

I use my www,myfitnesspal.com  also, and I just make my own foods for it, I take the package and half most of the numbers.

I used to use fitday.com.  It's free and you can track all sorts of things.  However, I just found an app for my iphone which is also free.  It's called Lose It (get it at itunes) and does all the same things.  Plus, it can track only the things you want  it to track.  My dr only wants us to track protein and sugar grams so I'm only enabling those features.

I use the tracker on this site.  I have had to add very few things.  Look under tools, nutrition.
