How are you all doing today? This is a busy few days for me at work. I have lots to prep for a big meeting tomorrow so I will make this posting brief...BUT before I go...here are a few tips below
Benefits of Weight Training (any resistance training)
1. Raises your basal metabolism which will have you burn more calories within a 24hr period.
2. Strengthens your bones reducing affects of osteoporosis
3. Decreases resting blood pressure and increases HDL cholesterol (good type)
4. Improves posture
5. Improves balance and coordination
6. Stronger body and raises your overall mood

Curves this morning. They have a new stretching machine and I like it. Now I just have to remember to get there in time to do my workout and still have time to stretch afterwards.
