I'm responding to this a day late so I hope today was better for you.
I can't eat the soy chips they make me nauseous. I wish I could. I would love to have a healthy chip occasionally. Maybe I eat them to fast too, I never thought of that.
I'm glad you had someone to cover for you. It's terrible being sick when you are away from home. I've gotten something stuck at work a couple of times and once at a cheer competition and it just ruined the day.
