Menus and Miles Tues. Mar. 8th
Hi everyone!
Tom packs my lunch for me everday. After dinner he packages up in individual portion-size containers leftovers. In the morning he even puts it in my bag I bring to work along with my 33oz container of crystal lite. He told me this morning it is probably too much to eat. He's right... that's tomorrow's lunch.
B - double scoop protein coffee
L1 - 1/2 breakfast burrito in a wheat wrap
L2 - cheesecake greek yogurt w/sf NSA cherry pie filling
D - no idea. Tom will whip up something good and wholesome.
Vits: forgot the darn things again today! I have so many things I bring to work its hard to see what I miss

I need to get back to the cheesecake greek yogurt. I usually have the Lemon Tea Protein in the afternoon, but sometimes want something later in the afternoon and that is when I hit the cookies or chips.
Maybe you should get him to stick your vitamins in the bag also- haha!! Everyone laughs at me now because I have this tote bag that I carry everywhere I go. It has all my things for the day in it and I'd be lost without it...

I'm thinking about putting my whole weeks' worth in my bag - then I won't forget them. But I haven't done it yet... I'll get this new routine worked out soon.
Like you sometimes I just need a different taste. I hit the vending machine today but got a package of peanuts. Looking at the calories it was high, as was the fat, but it was the better choice I think.

I missed all of you but this past weekend was awesome!
I had a lot of fun and danced, and walked TOO much! hotel to the conference center and back again at least 15 -40 times per day!
I ate these for the last 3 days,.
vege omlette every morning
Activia yogurt'
salad with grilled chicken blue cheese on the side
fruit
water to drink..
I did have a couple of deserts..pecan pie..a small piece..one of the days.. but is all.
Today,
I have had tuna packed in water..solid white. 1 slice of onion for breakfast
crab meat with some oil and vinegar, some chick peas.
yumm..

I was pretty sporadic on my exercising most of last year and have noticed a shift to my hips.
Back on a walking program. Trying for 45 minutes 5 X week. (Fri - Thurs). This is day 4. Walked 2+ miles at an 18 minute mile yesterday. I slow down for the last 5 minutes then do stretching after.
Pretty good day for me..
