Hello to all of my Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!


Writing everything down has helped me so much!!! I would really like to see some more posters.  Seeing what is working for others helps the rest of us put some variety into our meals.
  It's very important until you reach Goal to figure out your Calories, Fats, Carbs, and Proteins so that you know what your body needs to lose and then to maintain!!!!

good morning roz,

i woke up hungry and am feeling like its a grazing day...period due in tomorrow. i'm aware and trying my best to curb it.

b: 1 wedge laughing cow light cheese, a few preztels
b: 1/2 cup cottage cheese w/ strawberries
b: decaf skim latte
l: greek yogurt w/ berries and mixed nuts
s: protein bar
d: gyro salad or hamburger? (bf and i are giving up red meat and fried foods for lent, so tonight is the last of it until Easter)

It looks like you are making good choices while you are grazing.  That's great that your BF is giving up the same things as you...it will make it so much easier to stick to.
