Yesterday we took the Granddaughters to Princess Classics on Ice...what a blast we had!!  The smiles on their faces was worth every single cent!!  I can't wait to see the youngest little ones faces when we go to Disney in May.

Writing everything down has helped me so much!!! I would really like to see some more posters.  Seeing what is working for others helps the rest of us put some variety into our meals.
  It's very important until you reach Goal to figure out your Calories, Fats, Carbs, and Proteins so that you know what your body needs to lose and then to maintain!!!!

Sounds like you made a precious memory for them, Roz. I am in Seattle but my body is somewhere on the East Coast - wow, am I jet lagged! Hopefully, I will catch up on sleep tonight. I have to wing it today with regard to the menus since I am eating out both at lunch and dinner. I see seafood in my near future. I already had my protein drink (40 g) and will bring my greek yogurt on the drive to Olympia (18 g) so I am starting the day right!

I love the Disney ice shows...it is so fun to enjoy it along with our dd! I feel like a am reliving my childhood all the time! :)
