Writing everything down has helped me so much!!! I would really like to see some more posters.  Seeing what is working for others helps the rest of us put some variety into our meals.

Congrats to the girls yesterday.  Sounds like a great day.

We went to IHOP for breakfast since it is DS b-day.  I had the spinach, tomato, mushroom omelete, well, 1/2 of it.  I tasted my DH's sausage and pancakes and was very happy with my choice.  They just weren't as good as I remembered.

Meals
1/2 omelet, 16g
hamburger pattie, cauliflower  19g
hot lemon tea  23g
talapia, broccali  21g
decaf protein coffee  26

totals
calories  644
protein  106
carbs  20  (I thinnk that is high.  I think they were counting the fruit in with the omelet and I didn't eat that).
