Fitness Fun - March 5th
Laundry day, so I'm running up and down stairs today. I also spread the Scott's Season 1 stuff on the yard. I think that's it for my fitness today.

My tri club has a program, New to the Sport. I decided to help out with it this year. So today we had our first workout and we did run drills and then a Tabata run which is 4 min. of pure torture.

I love hearing what you young guys are doing. Me, not so much. I wish my knee would let me do more.
I did 35 min with the Wii. The new fitness plus tracks the energy levels of the different exercises so I can concentrate on the higher energy ones, like step areobics, runs etc.

I'm tired reading all of you. Good job!
I really wore myself out yesterday with three hours of exercise and I'm feeling it today! I'm keeping it really light because my back is twinging from something at the yoga class yesterday.
8am - walk around the lake - around 3.25 miles
5pm - walking to the garage to pick up my darn flat tired car - only 1/2 mile or so but I turned down a ride so I can walk.
Shopped/walked 5 hours with a friend inbetween.
Tonight - getting out my theraband and giving myself a good pilates stretch for 30 minutes while watching tv. I can't afford my back and hamstrings to tighten up!

Nothing for me. Well, not nothing, really. Our TKD school moved to a new location and today was the "grand opening" celebration, and we were there from 12pm-5pm. Practiced our demo from 12-1, then the demo went from 2:40-3pm. It was a lot of fun! One of our black belts also teaches kung fu, so his students also did a demo and also did a lion dance for the crowd as well. I was on my feet a lot and I was hauling bricks and holding boards and all kinds of good stuff. So not an official workout, but I was active. :)
And may I say what a major pain in the ass it is to be a post-op in this situation?! Ugh, carrying the supplies, the drinks, etc.
