I was wondering if the 10000 was possible too but once I started walking the steps took care of themselves. When I get home at night I look at my pedometer and that is how I know how much more I need to tread. Lately I have been exceeding it. My goal is to walk at least 2miles on the treadmill a night sometimes I have to do a little more to meet my steps sometimes I just walk the 2miles and exceed the steps all in all it has worked out pretty good for me. Thanks for the encouragement.
Awesome. I'm working through a painful hip and bad lower back pain that results when I walk just 5000 steps. Not sure if the pains will go away as the weight comes off or if a physical therapist or otherwise is going to be necessary. I think I could walk the 10,000 if it were pain free. Slow but sure, I'm not RIGHT behind you, but I'm behind you! LOL!!
