Thanks! I look to you all for encouragement for sure. Other teachers at school think I am crazy. Why are you trying to get smaller they say.....Are you trying to kill yourself.??????

My response is always the same...I had surgery because I was scared for my life. My dad had a heart attack at 38. My mom had open heart surgery at 42. I do not want that for myself. I had coronary artery disease before surgery. My heart is a muscle I must exercise it to keep it strong.

No body has a clue usually. I guess so many do it for vanity sake. I did this for heaven sake! Thanks for always being so encouraging. Losing was easy maintanance is hard!!~
