Sublingual Vit' question
Gotta have a prescription for the nasal spray, then you should be able to get it at any pharmacy. It's called Nascobal, I think. People usually only need to use it once a week.
Your PCP can give you a B12 shot, or give you a prescription for them so you can get them at any pharmacy and do them yourself at home. People often only need them once a month though some need them more often.

That is certyainly all it is,too, just an idea, lol.
My sublingual starts disolving as soon as it hits under my tongue, even before I press it between the top and bottom of the area. I think a sublingual swallowed whole would be started dissolving from the water it was swallowed with and by the time it got to the pouch/stomach it would readily dissolve before it moved out of the pouch.
IDK about the ASMBS guidelines say that, unless they are concerned about patient compliance in beiung able to swallow a sublingual without any other food or more than a minimal drink to wa**** down.
I may be totally wrong,it is just what I think, and should certainly be taken with a grain of salt, pun intended, lol.
