Writing everything down has helped me so much!!! I would really like to see some more posters.  Seeing what is working for others helps the rest of us put some variety into our meals.
  It's very important until you reach Goal to figure out your Calories, Fats, Carbs, and Proteins so that you know what your body needs to lose and then to maintain!!!!

DGD#1 spent the night last night.  I did not even get on the internet all day yesterday!!  That is a first for me in a long time.

I don't have a plan today, but here's part of the day:

HI Roz!  I hope the girls do well today.  Will be a lazy day.  Had some snow last night - I'm SO ready for this stuff to be done!

B - coffee and breakfast rollup - croissant flattened out with sausage cheese and egg.  was really good!
L - double scoop of Nectar Cappacino with half milk half water
S - atkins bar
D - 5 chicken wings
S - spoon of peanut butter
S - 2 low carb beers

Vits:  yes and just put in a new order through Vitalady
Water:  doing good

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months.
