Liz drug out some size 36 jeans for me to try on this morning.

They fit perfectly!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That's super! I know for guys there's a big difference between a guy going between a size 38 and 36. Size 36 is a more normal fit.

In addition to that NSV, I was told by my pcp that I no longer have high blood pressure and high cholesterol.

All in all, it was a pretty good day!!!!!!!
