bits of cookies in meeting that lasted from get this 9:30 to 2;30 ..I REALIZE NOW I should have taken sugar free gum ....grrrr..i took the cookies for business partner ...

i was unprepared for myself Though sugar free gum has some carbs ..its a lot less of a glycemic index hit than the carbs plus fats in a COOKIE . I think fatfree low carb is pretty flippin ' awesome ....but when people start using it as an excuse to eat the fatty stuff .... im not sure it works . Anyway I don't want to try it personally .

neurobliss drink ( 35calories 5 grams carbs - yes it WORKS ! very relaxing

so far no exercise .. but a lot of trying on clothes at work ... scored a fabuloso size zero Marc Jacobs couture dress right off the runway and his sizes run SMALL and its JUST right to LARGE on my Low-carb body !!!!!!! YEAH YEAH YEAH !!!

Also a buncha teeny tiny runway cashmere sweaters only one of which looked ridiculously tight which i had to leave behind ....

im taking my running clothes, sneakers and headphones with me for the weekend .... i'm going to make exercise a PRIORITY at hubby's house too .

Working on gaining back some control in my eating plan:

Decided to give up chocolate completely as it is such a trigger food for me.  

For the next 7 days I am working on no grazing between Breakfast and Lunch--progressing in breaking some of my bad habits that resurfaced.  Did pretty good today.

B: protein coffee 20g
L: 3 oz tuna salad   18g
S: 3/4 protein bar  22gg
D: popcorn

800 cal
60g protein
