Thank goodness it's Friday!!!!!   Have a Great weekend!!!!!  My tummy finally feels normal again.  I haven't had any pains for a couple of days.  I'm still going to have the sonar done next week so I can see if the pain was coming from my gall bladder.

Writing everything down has helped me so much!!! I would really like to see some more posters.  Seeing what is working for others helps the rest of us put some variety into our meals.
  It's very important until you reach Goal to figure out your Calories, Fats, Carbs, and Proteins so that you know what your body needs to lose and then to maintain!!!!

Well.. its a grazy day today. Working from home....

B - just coffee, no protein in it today (bad me)
L - 5 baked chicken wings
S - 2 pieces of wheat bread, one with butter, the other with butter and peanut butter (this was the grazing part) oh, and a spoon of peanut butter earlier
