Lab Results - 3 mos follow up
As I noted above, I meant Centrum Silver, not Citrical (which made me terribly ill when I used to take it). Sorry for the confusion!
I will order the Sundown Perfect Iron from Drugstore.com and the D3 from Vitalady. Any product suggestions for Vitamin A or should I just find a dry one with retinol?
I am also feeling a little disconcerted by my PCP's comments about the D. Perhaps I misunderstood but I don't think so. She is usually so meticulous but I realize that nutrition is not her specialty. Do I need to convince her to order the Vit. B12 injections or spray or can I order it directly?
Thanks again.

The injections or nasal spray you need a prescription for. Even if she doesn't think your B12 is low, you might just point out that the ASMBS says you can do daily sublinguals OR monthly injections and say that you've decided you'd prefer injections.
Maybe you did misunderstand her about the D.
Vitalady has dry A as well as D3. I get the 25,000 IU A from her. I only take it three times a week - my vitamin A was just a little bit low last time I had labs done.
