bounce backs.

Does it happen to everyone?
When does it happen?
How much will bounce back?

I'm not sure if it's bounce back or not, but at about 2.5 years out my body started repositioning everything.  I was bouncing between 109 and 112 but now I bounce between 112 and 114.  I do think I'm absorbing more of what I eat so that's probably the reason.

What Roz said...

My goal was 125, I hit 121 about a year ago and maintained 123.5 until summer, then bounced back to 126-127, now at 130.  Not happy with that, but my shar-pei legs don't look as bad now... and like Roz said, a LOT of redistributing... I know I'll have some capris from last summer that I won't be able to get into this year....

I could also tell when my malabsorption decided to quit working too...

It really sucks too. My metabolism has defnitely changed. I used to be able to take off a couple of
lbs easily. Now I am up a few that I am trying to take off, and it's just not coming off. It' maddening.

I don't like being up either!

I don't think it happens to *everyone* but a lot of us do get down a bit low and could stand to go up a few pounds. Then, over time, you start living a normal life and sometimes that includes a bit of weight gain.

I go up 3-5 pounds every winter but so far it's always come off in the spring when I start working out more. (I do most of my activities outdoors so weather is a factor.)
