Its Friday!!!!! a "Just for fun" post

Hi All:

1.) Do you have any phobias? None that I am aware of...

2.) Victories/Struggles this week? Hit the 100 lb lost mark and have struggled.  I have gained a few lbs and am having a hard time re focusing...Going to the Bahamas soon and want to look my best but I keep making bad choices and tons of grazing on junk Hoping for a better week next week, I think in part I got tired of the same protein shakes 2 times a day and need to find a new one.

3.) Plans for the weekend - Its pay week.  So lots of shoping, i.e Walmart, food store and the market for fresh fruit and veggies.  Plan to spend most of Sunday cooking meals for the week. wish me luck!

1) Yes, not terribly serious in either case, but claustrophobic and dislike heights as well.

2) Three different wonderful well meaning friends invited us to supper, Mon, Tues and Wed because our kitchen is in the middle of a complete redo.  Very kind, but the extra food and glass or two of Merlot are making the scales go up.  I did use my treadmill a little more.

3) Helping DH put up sheet rock tomorrow then going to a local microbrewery for the launch of a new beer, then supper at a 4th friend's place and a couple of glasses of Merlot, sigh, it will be fun for sure, but I'm looking forward to getting my kitchen finished!

Hi Cindy,
1. Phobias - Claustraphobic and afraid of heights - I'm sure there are more.

2.  Victories/Struggles - Struggling - trying to get back on track.  I did good several days and not so good several days.  Bought 4 tops size small the other day.  I love buying clothes now.

3.  I had to a work at a different location yesterday and did not even get on the internet.  Picked up DGD#1 on the way home and she spent the night with us.  Up at 6am to cook biscuits and sausage for the church yard sale this morning.  I'm so sleepy now.  We will take DGD home later today. Her parents are working on a project at their house.  DH and I will probably go to the mall and walk since it is sprinkling here today.  Sunday, church and rest.

1) Phobias? I didn't until they made me jump from a 750' tower onto a pulley with a "T" bar and slide all the way down and drop into a creek. HOOAH...not! (Well, maybe it was 75' but it seemed like 750')

2) Struggles this week? Getting my walking in. I get caught up in work and can't break away.

3) Plans this weekend? Had my yearly eye appointment this morning and the prescription has changed again...for the better! Hubby has gone to play his first golf of the season and the house is mine, all mine!

Not really. But I am positive that the sea lions that hang around the wharf we swim around are plotting to take over the world and are going to start by taking me out.

2.) Victories/Struggles this week?

Ran for 20 min without pain!

3.) Plans for the weekend?

More running, maybe a bike ride, taking my kid and her friend to the movies - but I'm not invited to watch with them. This is actually a good thing as they want to see that Justin Bieber movie and I think it would make me puke.

I need to organize my desk and bedroom too.
