Sounds like a bunch of us are switching stuff up.  I have been letting my protein serving sizes creep up to 4 ounces and more with fish.  So I am going back to 2 oz servings that my plan calls for and eating 1/4c of veggies with it.  It will lower my overall protein so I will add another protein drink each day, which I love anyway.  We'll see what happens.

You might want to keep your fat grams very low if you've got gallbladder problems!

Vitamin - CVS Brand - Hair, Skin & Nails with Antioxidants 3,000mcg of Biotin (3 pills), 3 serving
Chobani yogurt Raspberry, Lunch:

Haddock (fish), 1 fillet
Green Giant Broccoli in Cheese Flavored Sauce, frozen, 1.5 cup

Again, my carbs are high but they are good carbs..so I'm not going to be too upset. I will be trying to not gain weight over  the next couple of days..I hope to have a positve post when I get back.
