Here is what I have had today.
Breakfast:
Instant Coffee, 8 fl oz
CVS Chewable Spectravite Multivitamin, 2 serving
CVS Calcium Citrate +D, 2 serving
Vitamin - CVS Brand - Hair, Skin & Nails with Antioxidants 3,000mcg of Biotin (3 pills), 3 serving
Chobani yogurt Raspberry, Lunch:
Lunch
Haddock (fish), 1 fillet
Green Giant Broccoli in Cheese Flavored Sauce, frozen, 1.5 cup
Dinner:
Chobani Greek Yogurt - Strawberry Banana 2

Again, my carbs are high but they are good carbs..so I'm not going to be too upset. I will be trying to not gain weight over the next couple of days..I hope to have a positve post when I get back.
