Found a new yogurt

I was at Whole Foods and I found a new yogurt it has good numbers so I thought I would share it is called Skyr.is its from Iceland here are the stats: a 6 oz container has 110 calories, 0 fat, 6g carbs, 6g sugars and 22 g protein. I really liked it. It had a pudding style consistency.

Height 5' 7" ~ HW 264 ~ SW 234 ~ GW 160 or less made goal with in 1 year ~ regain now back on track

Awesome!! I just looked it up online and wowzers!! Great stats...thanks for sharing. i will be at whole foods this weekend for sure! How was it on price??

I can't remember the cost it was more than Fage but it must not have been to bad since I bought some

. I try and remind myself that maybe my good food cost a bit more but since I buy less of it ~ it all works out. Kristi

I only got one because I wasn't sure how it would taste, now I have to go back, but its worth the 30 min. drive.

Sure wish we had a Whole Foods around my area, sadly I have never heard of it.

Maybe you will be able to find it near you at a different store ~ if you go to the web site for Whole Foods perhaps you have a store in a near by town. Mine is about 30 minutes away but so worth the drive.
