Over the hump day again!!  These weeks are just flying by.

Hello to all of my Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!

Writing everything down has helped me so much!!! I would really like to see some more posters.  Seeing what is working for others helps the rest of us put some variety into our meals.
  It's very important until you reach Goal to figure out your Calories, Fats, Carbs, and Proteins so that you know what your body needs to lose and then to maintain!!!!

Morning Roz, You're so early, I haven't finished my coffee yet.  Then again, my DH gets us up at 5:00 to go to the gym, so I've been up for 3 hours already. 

Menu
B:  Protein Coffee
S:  Oatmeal
L:  2.5 oz canned salmon, smart balance mayo, piece of string cheese
D:  Chicken Tikka Marsala, sf fudgesicle
S:  Protein shake

I woke up hungry last night at 1, and was still hungry at 5 when we got up.  So I'm going to try a protein shake before bedtime.

totals:  800 cals, 26 fat, 34 carbs, 115 protein

Miles:  Went to gym, did 30 minutes on elliptical, 120 sit ups, now to do upper body weights and some girly push ups.

Today is weigh-in day, hoping to see onederland.

That's great that your DH goes to the gym with you. 

Adding a Protein drink at night is a good idea unless it makes you go to the bathroom all night long.  I used to get up several times but I guess I'm used to it because I usually don't get up until around 6:00 to make a bathroom trip.

Hey - good morning Roz!

I've got a 24oz coffee cup that I put 3 scoops of protein powder in.  Now I drive 45 minutes to work, its gone by the time I get here, unless I'm on the phone (which happens frequently). 

B - my 3 scoop protein coffee with a splash of peppermint paddy SF syrup
L - spinach pie
S - greek yogurt/SF cherry pie filling (if I'm hungry)
D - IDK but I saw meat defrosting in the fridge!

Vits:  Can you believe I forgot them AGAIN?  I took mine yesterday after I got home, but this drives me batty.

Water:  will do good - have a 33oz container of crystal lite waiting for me in the fridge.

HW-218/SW-208/CW-126/ Lowest Weight-121/Goal-125 - hit 8/23/09/Height-5'3"

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months. 
90+/- pounds lost      
BMI - 24 or so

I wish I could find something a little stronger than the peppermint paddy.  All of my other syrups have a strong taste but that one.  I loved the cookie mint but of course I ran out of it fast.  As soon as I open my last tub of Lemon Tea I'll be putting in another order.

Does Tom usually have supper ready for you?

Yes, he usually plans the meals 90% of the time.  He took pork chops out of the freezer and because he was working on an electrical problem in the house and his daughters' car, I cooked them tonight.  But usually he does most of the cooking - he enjoys it and usually gets home before I do. 

He's very mindful of how I eat and doesn't make any simple carb dishes.  He's trying to lose some weight too and is doing the low carb with me.

I only have to work 3/4 day today.  I have a doctors appointment this afternoon and am taking the rest of the day off.  DH and I are planning on walking this afternoon.

L:  1/2 high fiber tortilla wrap, 2.5 ozs ham, 1/2 oz cheese, 1 tbls. lite mayo

D:  1 Turkey Sausage Link, 2 ozs ham, 1 egg, 1/4 cup of grits - I am stuffed!!
S:  Blackberries, Strawberry, Lite Cool Whip
