What site do you use to track your food?

I'm glad you asked this, because I also don't like livestrong since they changed it.  Too cumbersome and I don't like I no longer have access to the foods I eat often available with a click.  I HATE searching for everything.

I need to start tracking too again.

Jody, myfitnesspal is so darn easy.  I log on in the morning and in the note section I put my weight for the day so that it's easy to go back and see what I was eating on days when my weight drops.  It's so easy for me to add a hundred calories with something small that I wouldn't necessarily think would make a difference.  What I'm discovering now is that for me to drop weight, I really need to be under 700 calories for several days in a row with more than an hour of exercise.  I log my exercise into there as well and I manually set my goals so that I can have percentages for higher protein, low carb etc.

I try to get my food in there every morning when I wake up.  It just took me about 2 minutes to log my food for the day.  In case I forget what I planned, I can check it quickly during the day on my phone.  Easy peasy.... as some like to say.  :)

I use a hand held food calculator that is a little larger than a cell phone.  It fits in my purse and has lots of pre-loaded foods, but you can add your own foods to it.  You can download the info to your computer so you can look at different information.

I'm going to explore these sites and see which ones I like.  Thanks everyone for the input.

I've been using Sparkpeople.com since last May and really like it. I have all my favorite foods stored, so it is easy to obtain the data that I need for the day. I eat mostly the same things, which helps to simplify the process.

I also use http://www.fitday.com

I don't use it every day, but go in spurts. I've been tracking my weight on there for about 8 years.
