I used to used the daily plate at livestrong.com, but don't like it since it's changed formats.

What sites are you using to track your food?

I've used them all and find that I love myfitnesspal .com .  I have the app on my iPhone as well.  It's so easy to use and everything that I eat is already in there.  Every protein powder etc.

Thanks Lee, I'll try that one. It really helps me with planning to see the calories and carbs.

I used to use My Fitness Pal until I got a BodyMedia FIT. I find MFP to be easy to use and have an extensive food database. But I'm not going to log my food in two places so it's BodyMedia for me for now.

I've always used Fit Day. Its really easy to add foods and add your own foods that may not be on the lists. It has reports you can look at based on the info you put in. Like a table of Nutrition facts based on what you've eaten, calories burned pie chart, weight loss graph, weight loss status, how many calories you should take in to reach a goal you set. I even like the exercise portion because it even counts showers, folding laundry, cleaning and even sex. You'd be surprised by how many calories you burn that you never even give yourself credit for.

Oh and of course it's free.

Ive done several along the way but I use the one here daily.  I'm here anyway.  It's under tools and is easy, most stuff is there but it is easy to add stuff.  If I want to figure out a whole receipe, I use Sparkpeople, then transfer the info here.  I put the sparkpeople app on my phone but have never used it.

I use mynetdiary.com, It's a free app for my iPhone and I sometimes use it on my computer.  It's the fastest I've found, has an extensive brand based data base, stores favorites and custom recipes and even scans bar codes to add new foods.  It has a water tracker and an exercise tracker too.
