Fitness Fun - March 1

Well LW's, a new month...wow. Spring is in 19 more days and daylight savings begins in 12 more days...whoot!! 

What are your fitness fun plans today? Anything new? 

This week is packed with long days so I am going to work on the Insanity DVD series. I always underestimate the power of that workout series...kicks my butt every time!

With the weather getting better, I've started walking and doing leaning push-ups more regularly.  I've only done 1 set so far today but I'll get more in this afternoon.

Wow, insanity, huh?! Brave woman. ;) Today is my long, long day at work/school, so I am usually wiped out at 5:15 when I leave campus, but I want to try to go to tkd tonight. I went to the rec center and did the elliptical Sun and Mon this week, and I wanna keep the momentum going. But, I won't beat myself up if I am too tired tonight. We'll see. :) Oh.. and look at my ticker! I have lost 5.5 lbs in a little over a week!!!! This is with changing my eating up a little and adding my workouts back in consistently. :D I'm so happy!

Zumba tonight Babee!! and YES I'm going!  It'll be fun!

I told Tom - Tues and Thurs I'll be going to Zumba. 

Sunny day today but we have high wind warnings.  We both need to get outside and start walking.  He has woods all around him and he used to go for walks all the time before he met me - bad influence I guess.  I'd rather go to the gym and run, he'd rather walk through the woods.  We can both do what we like I guess.  I don't mind walking the woods if its not muddy (and snowy).

Curves this morning.

As the weather has improved, I have been able to do more with the ponies.  I like being able to also do Curves and Zumba but mostly on the other days, I am out driving.  Hope to start riding more soon also.

Elliptical for me today this morning. I've been working of developing a doable, long-term exercise plan for when I'm post-op and I like this piece of equipment. The fact that there is a TV attached to it with a jack for headphones is great! In fact, since I last joined a gym (more years ago than I want to admit) just about all the endurance equipment has its own TV or a jack to plug in and listen to the audio of the TV's on the walls. Much easier to ignore everyone else there and just do your thing for half an hour or so.

 Sun , Mon and Tues I walked  at least 6-7  miles  each day at the show .  I feel a lot better now that i moved a little bit !   I need  to get on the abdominizer and the rower  next .... so thats my resolution as  soon as I see  the  PS  doc  on the  8 th or the 11 th .  

I want to be as flabby  as possible for HIM  though  so  he sees ample  stuff to  trim lol  !  At least I'm very much  HOPING   he does ..... I really want  to get rid of some empty fat cells  and skin....

Just started back walking again as I noticed a shift to my butt.

Walked the inside track Sat and Sunday  45 min each day.

Yesterday and today, I got home from work early enough to walk outside.  Weather's nice here in AZ so I like to be outside exercising instead of inside.
